BEIJING, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- The key to the success of cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC) lies in the principle featuring extensive consultation and joint contribution, real results and balance, openness and inclusiveness, and an innovative and pioneering spirit, Chinese President Xi Jinping said Tuesday.
