Kenya hosts forum on China-Africa energy cooperation

Qian Xingkun, senior vice president of the China National Petroleum Corporation Economic and Technological Research Institute (CNPC ETRI), speaks on a forum discussing China-Africa cooperation in the energy sector under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in Nairobi, Kenya, Dec. 13, 2019.
