BEIJING, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- A 7.5-magnitude earthquake hit ESE of Tadine, New Caledonia at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 21.85 degrees south latitude and 169.47 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 10 km, the center said.
