HANOI, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese and Vietnamese leaders witnessed on Sunday the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the joint implementation of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative and Vietnam's "Two Corridors and One Economic Circle" plan.
The MOU was signed after the talks in Hanoi between Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
