CAIRO, June 14 (Xinhua) -- Egypt's new cabinet ministers were sworn in on Thursday before newly re-elected President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi.
The large-scale reshuffle of the cabinet, which consists of 33 ministries, involved 12 new ministers including those of defense, interior, finance, trade and industry, health, agriculture, environment, telecommunications, sports, local development, civil aviation and public enterprise.
The 33-minister cabinet is as follows:
1- Prime Minister and Housing Minister: Mostafa Madbouli
2- Defense Minister: Mohamed Zaki (new)
3- Interior Minister: Mahmoud Tawfik (new)
4- Finance Minister: Mohamed Ma'it (new)
5- Trade and Industry Minister: Amr Nassar (new)
6- Health Minister: Hala Zayed (new)
7- Agriculture Minister: Ezzeddin Abu-Steit (new)
8- Environment Minister: Yasmin Salah (new)
9- Telecom and IT Minister: Amr Sameeh (new)
10- Youth and Sports Minister: Ashraf Sobhi (new)
11- Local Development Minister: Mahmoud Shaarawi (new)
12- Civil Aviation Minister: Mohamed Younis al-Masri (new)
13- Public Enterprise Minister: Hesham Tawfik (new)
14- Foreign Minister: Sameh Shoukry
